UTS Offerings:  Serving All of Your Communications Needs

UTS is the first provider of International Point-to-Point (PSTN) Carrier Services to and from Vietnam – with dedicated and directly managed international access for International Long Distance (ILD) telecommunications services. In addition to offering Domestic Long Distance (DLD) on the “175” network, UTS also provides private voice and data networks (IPLN), and VSAT deployment for all commercial applications, including fixed local telephony for rural areas and remote locations, Internet services, and distance learning.

The UTS Network provides direct “Switch to Switch” and “Gateway to Gateway” connectivity and services without added switching – featuring routing capable of uninterrupted high quality service. This is made possible through the use of advanced satellites as well as monitor and control systems that are seamlessly connected via our gateways and state-of-the-art Network Operation Center based in Hawaii.

Building a Foundation and Future in Vietnam

Universal Telecom Services, Inc. (UTS) is an affiliate of the Orchard Capital Group of Companies in California with interests in real estate, financial services, airline cargo, and information technology. Heavily invested in Vietnam’s communications and IT sectors since 2000, UTS is engaged in a Business Corporation Contract (BCC) with two Vietnamese partners that include Binh Minh Co., Ltd. and VISHIPEL, a member of the venerable Vietnam Maritime Department. Operating under authority of Investment License No. 2280/GP/2002 of the MPI, UTS is the first American telecommunications carrier, among six in Vietnam, to provide direct point-to-point satellite gateway access to Vietnam.
